The only issue people had was the window closing three times to claim 4h rewards. We were happy with side by side menu tabs and complained about misclicking premium items; so what do they do? Expand the marketplace into a stupid list that keeps jumping back up when scrolled down. More misclicks, more items to potentially click on and a community (leaders) who do not give a flying flip about the player base

I ask only to double check as what you're describing seems to be an issue with the modmail bot communicating with you. I've had a personal look online too and the consensus seems to be similar. I'm not sure what else to suggest other than double checking your settings, maybe even closing and reopening discord, or trying another device if you are able to. We use modmail in order to better streamline the request and refund process.
