Hi! I was at the Relvado of Lisbon N1 (I am very short as well) and we did not have vip. We got there around 7:30 AM and we had 360 people in front of us when we arrived. Honestly, I can't tell you very well what time you should arrive, because in Lisbon the situation got out of control and everyone started pushing and cutting, so it didn't matter what time you arrived. I hope that in future concerts it will be better organized. And as your tickets are vip, I don't know what time you should arrive, but maybe you can take it a little more calmly as there is less people in the vip line. Even so, I'm not entirely sure.
