they have access to a library of base game stencils, which i believe are used primarily just for the tuning and some other behind the scenes. the meshes are separate and made by the creator. all sims 4 assets are easily extractable through s4s, which is how they get the models

all the "base game" part means is they can't make items that use pack specific tuning eg pet clothing

"stencils" are just "base items", like "shirt" or "counter" or "chair" or "sofa"

in the actual process of making the items they can do anything they want. But they have to make an item that fits a "stencil". SO they can't make "business check in stand" or "bubble blower" or "playground slide' as those are pack-locked, functional items

they can open S4S on their computer and steal whatever models they want and get away with it, apparently

it also lets them reference the model for something like a couch to see how high it should be, as if any approved creator is not already using s4s LOL

any data submitted in the 3D modeling file

Im not sure hwy it loaded in busted lol but it has 5 activities and you can set customers. That's about the gist of it. You can chang ethe activities whenever youw ant if you're running it. As a visitor the activities are what's set- but you the player can do anything you want anyway. But other sims at the lot will do those 5 activities,

But this is a custom venue-

I told this one to have a Mascot, who is told to dress in mascot clothes, a random kid, kids who are "from another nearby birthday party", teens with certain traits (cringe and childish, I think), playground kids, a custodian, noisy teens, and chaperones for the birthday party kids

Then for each hour of the day, you tell it which of your custom roles shows up and does what

So at 8am i said "playground kids come, and teens come play arcade games"

Then at 11am, playground kids and teens are here, but kids come for "another kids party" with chaperones

at 2pm the mascot shows up

At 5pm most kids are gone, but one kid stuck around with no parental supervision

This looks so much more interesting than the business and hobbies pack! Can you customise the venue to only allow spellcasters or certain occults like the club system?

At 11pm the kids all go home and teens come party on the roof- but that kid without his parents didnt go home

And this all plays out automatically when you visit. You can even choose which specific sims are in each role, so I can make the custodian one sim all the time, or hte random kid one specific ugly kid around town, or whatever.

Then, you can also plan a getaway here, if it has beds, and stay any number of days you want.

(the names are differnet in the normal game, i made a mod that sorts them better)

You can customize the outfit too. So you can make a "Magic Student" role that wears specific robes. And a "magic teacher" role that wears different robes. And a "magic janitor" role that wears a bath robe

If you want a magic school you want AA lol

granted i do not think there's any specific "learn magic" style interactions, but you can pretend pretty dang hard

note that my spellcaster role there also has using cauldrons as an activity

so you could make 11pm the cauldron "class" and everyone heads over to a cauldron and messes with it

then 1pm is "chaos magic practice" and everyone practices chaotic spells

only issue is you cant define where they do interactions like that, but you can "call getaway sims here" at any time and send your playd sim to the "designated space" and call them over. Or put other objects in the room that you ALSO want them to use at that time and they'll gather.

that's what ive heard! if i remember correctly my us drivers liscense is only good for like a year after i move? so id need to do it all over again which is perfectly fine with me.

when i was talking with some locals about the roads they were sayin they dont even like driving lol everyone assumed my issue was the side of the road but i actually had zero issues with that since the only time i ever actually drove in the states before learning last year was when i had a motorcyle at 19 and i only drove that for like 5 months tops.

i think i will. it was... definitely a humbling experience going back to ireland last march with disability. my first trip in 2021 i was much healthier and it was sooo easy to bebop around all of Ireland even without a car. i hit up 11 counties in a month in 2021 without a car and did soo much. but last march even with a car i only saw... 6 no 7... granted that was 2 weeks.. but i was absolutely wrecked afterwards adn did a lot less than my first two weeks in ireland in 2021.

but ireland is definitely more the speed i need in terms of living. obviously it has challenges and im not like tryna romanticize it, but compared to the US... ill take the challenges in Ireland over livin here lol

Don Lothario Sims 2 moment for me was when he became father to Alexandra Goth's baby, the Caliente sisters, married her maid lover and had twins with her and thennnnnn... got abduced by aliens at night and became a father to alien baby as well.
