believe me It is very easy for devs to add touch controls when releasing it to gamepass - cloud gaming and It will be the same easy when keyboard implementation will be ready.

Adding buttons on the screen and assigning a key to them is easy, sure.

Making it function well and creating a layout that actually compliments the game you're playing is the hard part and is why I'd imagine most games don't have touch controls.

But seriously, this stuff is so easy on Playstation. I already lost my progress once (posted here a few weeks ago) on this game where my cloud save from PC (started a new game) overwrote my local save on console and I lost my progress. So just being extra careful now that I’m at the end of this game.

Thanks, I understand that, and I’ve already made a mess before. I think in any play through you’d need to do savescum as you have 2 choices (Agree with Geppeto or not) which gives you 2 different ending and then there is truth and lie ending.

It would probably take significantly more effort to save scum than it would to play through normally. There are so many instances where you need to lie or tell the truth, that you'd be messing with cloud saves forever. This isn't like Mass Effect or something where you can just reload, you just gotta put forth the effort.

For each ending, you pretty much have to do one or the other the entire time.

No, you don't install anything on your PC for cloud streaming. That includes mods. No data is used from your local PC for cloud streaming at all. It's all on a server in the cloud, so your mods will not be present there.

Anyone know of any reliable ways to get Xbox Game Streaming/Cloud Gaming working in a Chromecast? I've seen it's possible to sideload and install the Game Pass App but there's a number of people saying that it tends to freeze up a lot, there's also supposedly a browser I could use on the Chromecast but that comes with a host of problems as well.
Would be neat to see Microsoft officially bring cloud gaming to Chromecast with stadia not being a thing anymore.

Having issues with xcloud via browser on my laptop. Playing on Chrome (would use edge but that apparently has a problem with not detecting my controller) and it works fine but if I join The Trial on FH5, my controller suddenly stops responding despite showing as on. The only way to have it connected and working again is to remove the controller from the laptop's Bluetooth settings and reconnect again. There shouldn't be any issues as it was working fine on my Xbox for several weeks now.

i played Sea of thieves on my xbox one s in 2018 and no lag 60 fps and faster loading time , and today Sea of thieves is at 20-40 fps constantly on xbox one s with a longer loading time.

Other games only have to send very tiny packets of move,ent and state sync information over the network.
Cloud gaming has to stream the entire video and all of your controller status

Wait times are a combination of server capacity and number of users trying to play per region. There's nothing any single user can do to influence that.
