Things you own can't be played through the cloud. Fallout 3 is on Game Pass, but if you buy the DLC, you can install the DLC and then play the game through the Cloud if Fallout 3 is Cloud enabled.

this has nothing to do with cloud gaming, or xbox.
Either you have accidentally toggled off your cell data and you need to toggle it back on, or your phone has crashed in some way and you need to reboot it.

Not knowing your pin is a problem you will need to solve. Eventually your phone will reboot on its own, lock on its own, apply an update on its own, etc.

Extremely unlikely that it’s because of the PC. Cloud uses the internet, hardware doesn’t impact it in any considerable manner.

If you’re having flickering or other visual issues, the first thing would be to check your connection. If you’re still having issues then that’s just gonna happen. Issues will also be common because you aren’t playing locally when using Cloud Gaming, and it’s still in beta too.

I don’t have a monitor so started playing Xbox through steaming on my PC. So I had my headset plugged into my PC and my mic worked? Like my controller was plugged into my Xbox but my headset was in my pc which was only connected to Xbox via stream but I could still hear both the game, the party, and they could hear me.

It has something to do with browsers and steam’s “game mode ui” because you used to do the same thing to get Chrome working properly for Stadia streaming on the steam deck

Found those same instructions for getting GeForce now working, and most importantly I found that same set of options in a non-gaming thread from earlier in the year where people were just trying to get browsers to work at all at first

I've ended up downloading a few games that I've tried on Cloud and decided I liked.
Being able to rapidly try/pass on games without hte install and then saying 'yep, worth it' to download for the full 4k experience is a great beneft

I'm pretty impressed with the progress Xbox Cloud Gaming is making. At first, controls were laggy, the video stuttered, and I thought it was unplayable. I've kept checking in regularly, and it gets a little better each time.

I'm out of town for work and I've been able to play Fallout: NV and Turnip Boy on my MacBook, on hotel wifi, with Switch Joy-Cons. The experience has been pretty good, some rare slowdowns and stuttering, but very playable.
