Being a Tanker irl is bad enough, having to be a guy tanker with a women would be awful. Not because I think women shouldn't be tankers, but mainly because thats the type of job you probably want gender separation in. I am not sure what are the policies for that in the US.

Lol, in WoT the reason you get a female crewmate is to make them commander so tank voice is changed (commander speaks about every relevant event such as "Ammorack hit, lucky it didn't explode" "We didn't penetrate their armor")

And they boost the crew more than male commanders, you can get them for any tank with full training (normally paid 200 gold and it's limited to their nation.), and they have a skill to boost crew even more (but all crew need it to activate), you can pick another skill for free.

But main usage is for voice change
