hey so i redeemed a 2 month xbox game pass ultimate code on redeem.microsoft.com and i went through all the process and added a credit card etc.. and it told me you're ready to go but when i go into the xbox game pass app on mobile to check it didnt appear and the microsoft order history is completely empty
