You would only have Game Pass for Console, so you'd lose access to everything except console Game Pass games

Forza Horizon 4 & 5 are good racing games, What Remains of Edith Finch is a good storytelling game, Cities Skylines if you are into city building simulator or tycoon games.

Best shooter games in 1st person is Halo, 3rd person is Gears of War. There are some other games that I am trying to play on Game Pass that I never had the chance to play yet. There are also games from Electronic Arts that are on Game Pass, like The Sims 4, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, Battlefield (the old ones are the best), It Takes Two (2021 Game of the Year)

I only have two Microsoft accounts because one is an email for my college, which they just gave to me as my business college email. What that fella said is all correct in a case that is not mine. I do Office and email stuff on the college one and Xbox stuff on my actual one.
