If you have Game Pass Ultimate, then your Gold has already been cancelled.

Ultimate includes Gold, so it will cancel any existing Gold subscription you have and convert it to Ultimate time instead.

Hi hello anyone had problems getting the games pass to work on pc I’ve tried to download it from the Xbox home page and from the Microsoft store but as soon as I start it it’s freezing and not installing then kicks it out after 5-10 mins. I’ve checked my os build which is 1909 on there page it says 1903 and higher I’ve reset the store done a command prom check but still the same any advice would be much appreciated thanks
