i tried to reinstall the game, try to download a different windows version, tried it trough the microsoft store.
and tried to disable all audio devices

I only know Ultimate side of it. so.. $14.99 per month. includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass for PC, Game Pass for Console. Xcloud for Android to stream games to a phone/tablet, and also coming with the subscription is EA Play so basically all their EA games from the Vault which is around 90 games.

Depends on the game, I believe if it has Xbox Live Cloud Saves it should. Functionally you are streaming the Xbox Version of the game so it's dependent on being able to cross-save.

Basically I was playing spiritfarer on the game pass with my sister, when for some reason her character disappeared. We tried to make her appear again, but nothing worked, so we saved and exited to the menu. Now, for some reason, we can’t access that save anymore, and the main menu is sort of...broken. The press any button text doesn’t disappear and it takes multiple presses to get it to work. The line that usually appears under the different options is gone too, but we can still select things. We tried restarting multiple times, but nothing worked. Probably should take this to Xbox themselves, but thought it was worth a try here first.
Tl;dr: I lost my spiritfarer save after my sisters character disappeared and the menu is broken.
