No one can answer that. That all would depend on what plane you're flying, what weights you have, what speed you're flying at, what head / tail winds you have, what altitude you're flying at, etc. So many things feed into how much fuel is burned.

It's the same price because it's the same thing. Gold doesn't exist anymore, it's now Game Pass Core. Games with Gold was ended in favor of a small selection of Game Pass titles.

You need Game Pass Ultimate to use Xbox Cloud Gaming.

No, they don't, because that's not how the service works.

They can't just add any game they want. They need to go into negotiations with the game publisher and agree on an amount to pay them to include the game on Game Pass.

So they can't just add any game that people say they want to come back.

That would also lead to publishers demanding higher prices because they know the public voted for the game, so they could say no until Microsoft agree to a higher price to offer it again. Not gonna happen.
