1. What is the actual difference between PC gamepass and Ultimate gamepass? From what I see in the chart it's only PC games vs PC+Console+Could service, is that correct? Is there anything else I get from ultimate that I don't get from PC gamepass?

It doesn't have to be 3 months for 1 euro, but I'm aware a very recurring strategy is having a high discount offer for people who may be willing to purchase a long period subscription (e.g. 60% discount if you buy a whole year!) which usually leads to people paying 40% of a year and only using it for a couple weeks. I might be interested in giving that a try.
