I'm still trying to figure out how that's even a question anyone asks. It's literally a subscription, like Netflix. If you got to keep the games after your subscription ended, nobody would ever pay. They'd just get a trial code from somewhere and download every game they want to play.

Delisting doesn't remove the license from your account, though. It only removes the game from the store to prevent new purchases.
