Not exactly about dying, but there's this game, Façade, already quite old, where you can replay it multiple times to see what new outcomes can you cause in this dinner where a married couple invites you. You can walk around.... and type anything you want.
The game will attempt to interpret what you mean and engage the characters in conversation with you. They will always end up kicking you out of their apartment, but the fun stuff is in discovering new plotlines that will get you there.
