There's a known issue related to losing access to game pass despite paying for it. Dev teams are working on it, and the workaround for the moment is to toggle autopay (or auto renewal I guess?) off then on, or on then off (depending on your current setting).

You can most definitely get hacked by joining a party, if someone is using a party tool they could instantly pull your ip and if the have your real name they can search for people in the area the ip is located with your name, finding your location and booting you offline

Hey there mate, sry for jumping you with this in here, but could you maybe help me out with something? To try and keep this as short as possible, i'd love to have my Gamertag with no Suffix and to my luck, there is nobody who currently owns that gamertag im looking for. Due to some chats with support in 2021 i know that the guy who owns that gamertag is permanently banned and got no way of getting his account back ever. But sadly im still unable to claim the name again, also i couldnt even try to claim it should the name be free again as for the system i already got the gamertag i am looking for (even tho there is a suffix attached to it). Back in the day the support and i were trying to find a workaround for that issue and they offered me to rename my account for free and try their best to find a solution for my issue, but sadly they didnt find a way to overwrite the system and remove the suffix from my name. I then started troubleshooting and found out later, that if you change the name of an account without suffix the name get available to the broad mass of people again without attatching a new one to it.

So today i tried to contact support again and after 3h of time invest looking for a way to actually contact some human employee and talking to an really nice guy who was trying his best to help me with this issue, i figured out that the support employees got no permissions to access/change usernames, he told me to contact the text support but as it seems it is currently not available.

So basicly my last way of reaching somebody is maybe through this discord i hope? In the past i think around 12 years i've spent alot of time on the plattform and always bothered about my gamertag being unclean even tho nobody was owning the original tag i was looking for.

I know that this is not your responsebility at all but i dont really know what else i could do in this regard. Would love to find like an other way to resolve this issue, cause back in the day support could have helped me out, but everyone i was able to contact today had no permission to do what was offered to me by the gentlemen in support 4 years ago.

There's a known issue related to losing access to game pass despite paying for it. Dev teams are working on it, and the workaround for the moment is to toggle autopay (or auto renewal I guess?) off then on, or on then off (depending on your current setting).
