It has nothing to do with what system a game is on. It's optimization and later ports just happen to often run better and be more optimized, as they had more time.
I played Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution for example. That one is 30fps in the PS5 Version, but 60fps in the Series X|S Version came out later.
Lost Records Bloom & Rage which I played on PS5 also has a 30fps cap, PS5 certainly ain't getting 60fps for every game either.

It's a 1 year anniversary update. They had more time to optimize the game, add some bonus features and enhancements as well as optimize performance. It makes a lot of sense

It plays CDs, DVDs and Blu-Ray discs. It's a single drive that plays them all.

It's very easy to clean. I just unplug it and go over it with a dust magnet like once per year. You may have to do it more often depending on how much dust builds up where you live

Dust buildup is normal, and there's nothing you can do to prevent it. Keep your house clean to minimize it, and regualarely clean your console. It's no problem at all

The backside plastic has a crack (from heating up/cooling down) even though it's just been docked, that's an issue only the first wave of produced systems faced though.
And in late 2021 it wouldn't start anymore, but that could be fixed by formatting it in recovery mode. But that made me lose save data of games not supported by NSO Cloud.
