only requirement for FSR 3's frame generation feature to work correctly is that AMD recommend the game is running at least 60 FPS as otherwise it can be rather choppy looking. I remember seeing that for myself on one of the other FSR 3 supported games (Immortals of Aveum)

The way I see it, if you plan on doing streams like that on Twitch, you're better off doing it via PC and doing a proper setup. OBS is a pretty powerful tool when it comes to streaming and pulling audio from different places. I use it when I'm flying in VR
