i don't think blizzard stock does friendly buffs like that which is what you're using. i just checked advanced interface options to see if there was a cvar setting, which i couldn't find. would recommend either a nameplate addon like Plater, or a platebuff addon (which handles the buffs/debuffs above nameplates) like Flyplatebuffs, nameplateauras, etc. but to be honest like folks said in #resto most folks track hots through the raidframes

You dont need much more than 7% haste for it, and I dont think people run relentless all that often, you're maybe just not spamming the button and leaving a small gap between roar and cyclone GCDs

Icy-veins pvp guides usually bad.

i think the main reason guardian bothers me is its like pretending to be a good spec / good at pvp but the reality is youre playing a class that has a simpler rotation than dh, that is unkillable and literally immune to cc for a large amount of time
all the while the entire strat is just to damp out the other healer and your win condition is the other healer ooms 2x over

theyll either win in 30s because immune to cc where half their damage is passive or theyll win in 11 minutes when damp is at 65%
