Kyrian: nice in arena but shit in rbgs

What's the best weapon for a nightfae Balance druid? I have a dagger in the vault, but last season I saw most boomies grabbing the staff for rbgs. My other two upgrades are a chest and neck piece that are also both upgrades, so not sure what to grab.
