It's not always the healer's fault when people die, do your best to predict damage from looking at what offensive cds the enemy team are using and reacting accordingly, position near pillars so you can bait people into chasing you out of LOS from their healer, and so you can use it to LOS casts on you. There isn't much else to be said without watching you play @fresh fable

As it was said above, we can't say much without watching you play. As for shackles, druids can dispel it immediately when cast. Always chain cyclone (depending on a team you can cc 6+3 DD, healer, DD, DD, healer... -30% damage and healing after cyclone is great. You remove a lot of pressure from your team. And you should be necrolord with extending legendary and correct conduits.
