You'll need to pick pieces with haste vers as well as mastery vers, mastery is bigger convoke burst, haste is better overall for playability and cc setups

Shattering throw talent seems like its actually going to be useful to take vs necrolords, already nearly destroys the entire shield, +1000% should have it deal a decent bit of damage after breaking it as well

I assumed the Shattering Throw would bonus would only damage the shields? More a problem for rets/mages than Priest (who get purged out anyway).

Any damage beyond the shield amount hits the players, have killed people on my war with low remaining life cocoons with shattering throw
Good vs necro shield/MW monks, prob want to save shatter for bubble/bop vs ret if you don't have a MD on team
Just tested vs priest shield and it didn't deal damage through, I've gotten overkill message vs life cocoon tho so idk
