@junior plover there's definitely slight differences in how specs scale due to things like i.e. primal fury making crit better than just the extra damage value for us, our mastery is very cheap (17.5 per 1%) and affects a very large portion of our damage, etc. Windwalker simply doesn't have any crit mechanic, so it doesn't "scale as well" so to speak, but that doesn't mean anything because the most important part of how well your spec will perform is whether blizzard buffs it by 3%, 5%, 10%, or doesn't buff it.
