I use apex and Primal Wrath can work on some maps where it's a clusterfuck (such as EoTS and Silvershard) which means you'd be getting dots on a lot of targets, otherwise it's not worth it. Tbh, I think if you're running apex you'll probably benefit a lot from running bloodtalons instead of FF to maximise the damage you'll be doing with the double bite procs which can straight up kill people or force CDs.

Generally arena has a lot of variables that would be too much to put into a written guide, but it also has a basic general flow/pace that people don't bother writing about cuz it's the same for everyone. You get cross CC, burst while kill target is stunned, then survive/peel/maintain your dots and buffs until next time you can cross CC again.
