IDK I've been playing BoaT in PvP and it seems pretty easy to make work, it does get negated by a good grounding totem, but that's counterplay just like a good silence or whatever. You just set up an eclipse prior to your 1 minute window (as Kyrian with Fury of Elune/Starlord, incarn sucks with boat) by maxing out AP, getting dots out, and getting one cast of your eclipse generator done. Then you just go for CC -> wrath/starfire -> pvp trink+empower -> surge surge surge FoE. I think using FoE before the wrath/starfire might be better to save that gcd but that leaves less time on CC

BoaT is like a little under 30% more damage in burst window for more setup; timeworn is a bit less than 20% more damage in an easier window. BoaT also improves all your damage every eclipse while timeworn only helps out surges

people here (mostly glyph) clown on oath of the elder druid a lot for the extra frenzied regen, but the extra 4.5% personal damage reduction (even outside of bear form) is relevant any time you take damage. so is the nearly doubled healing on ysera's gift that's passive, works while you're cc'd, doesn't overheal, and costs no mana (the mana part is rarely relevant yet though)
i'd still only use oath of the elder druid in 2v2 but it brings a lot more value than the memes would have you think
saw someone say that if you aren't taking damage then oath of the elder druid does nothing, which is not true. it's far more true for verdant infusion, in fact. if you verdant a teammate, and then get swapped to, verdant actually does absolutely nothing for you

after the nerf to balance of all things, circle of life and death is slightly less of a bad #2 option for raid single target dps for balance druid
so i'm starting to have some optimism about circle of life and death necrolord balance, but still the steady damage is fricking super far off-meta

I'm having problems climbing to 1.6cr right now. In BFA i was at 1.8cr (rogue assassination), but now I just scratched 1.5 and sit in 145xcr for most of the time.
My gear is pure PvP and I don't (want to) do dungeons/raids so I'm stuck @ ilvl 187.

I do steath > rake > rip > Tiger's Fury +Berserk > Feral Frenzy > Fbite and keep Fbiting as much as possible
if needed shadowmeld + rake for another cc stun
