For all the Ferals out there, I have a few questions:

How are you working Main (combo point stun on 30s cd) into your rotation? Do you find yourself using it differently offensively vs defensively? I tend to use Incapacitating Roar as my go-to defensive when I see/hear enemies use offensive CDs, so I'm fairly confident I am using that reasonably well. But I have come to realize I am just not using Maim enough. Most of my stuns are Rake from Prowl stealth or Incarn re-stealth Rakes. Assuming an ideal opener rotation from stealth with a Rake stun to start, do you use Maim as a 2nd stun after Rake stun ends? Or do you wait on stun DR to reset?

I am getting peeled during my go with big dam. So, I often end up using Barkskin or Survival Instincts just to get my go off (without going Bear Form and wasting my Tiger's Fury & Incarn). Is this normal? I feel like I'm pissing away my Barkskin sometimes just to get my go off, but also I know how bad it is to sit in Bear and do significantly less damage during Incarn especially with how long its cooldown is.

I am trying to get better at intuitively using Bear Form (to pre-Bear stuns or big damage that I can't CC). Currently, I'm working on my instincts for the 'bleed & bear' tactic, trying to get a feel for it. Assuming I don't have Tiger's Fury or Incarn active, I just apply my bleeds/DoTs (Rip, Rake, & Moonfire) and then go Bear Form until they need to be refreshed. How suboptimal is this? Should I be playing in Cat Form for more damage until I'm focused by multiple enemies?
- Another question on Bear Form: is Tiger's Fury a short enough cooldown that I can sit Bear Form if I already have my bleeds/dots up and think going Bear will have significant value defensively, such as minimizing damage from an enemy with offensive CDs active targeting me? (In other words, if I just have Tiger's Fury up & not Incarn, are there times where tanking an enemies CDs is high enough value defensively to offset the value lost from not using Tiger's Fury beyond one application of bleeds/dots?)

you should be using maim on something almost immediately as it comes off cd, it can be used defensively or offensively or both depending on the situation but definitely get in the habit of using it more often. I don’t like to half maim generally but there are situations where it’s good to do. You can try to always line up maim + tigers fury + feral frenzy since they are all a 30 sec cd.
You shouldn’t press barkskin/survival instincts just because you have incarn up, pay attention to what’s actually happening in the game and decide if you really need to press barkskin. If your healer is not in cc and the enemy isn’t popping their offensive cds then chances are you don’t need to press barkskin, even if you get stunned do not immediately barkskin and instead try to quickly take a look at what’s happening and decide if it’s worth barkskinning
Putting up bleeds then going bear form is not really a thing anymore, you will have 0 pressure playing like this. To do effective damage you need to be in cat form shredding and biting on top of all your dots ticking because your dots alone don’t really do much, biting procs sabertooth which increases bleed damage and also procs your apex talents which do extra damage from unseen attacks and give you a 15% damage buff, so you need to stay in cat as long as possible. Of course you have to go bear form to survive when necessary but you should never have the mindset of putting up bleeds then going bear to take less damage or you will have no pressure, only bear form if absolutely necessary
