Returning player.. looking for some help. I was a sub rogue main, primarily doing normal BGs back in the day and some occasional PvE progression. This time around I’m coming in as Druid. My primary gameplay concern are BGs (especially since blitz is a thing now).
Are there any Druid masters that BG a lot and can give me insights on the 4 specs? Been dabbling into feral but I’d be open to consider all specs.
Any insights help. Come from a background of competitive gaming. Trying to see how far I can push WoW in BGs. Thank you in advance 💯

Boomy is the Swiss army knife of bgs, also plays one of the most critical roles too. 8/10 times if you lose its cuz you got gapped

Yeah- I’ve been looking at leaderboards and boomkin is much much more prevalent at higher levels than any of the other Druid specs
Quite apparent that the best way to play Druid in BGs is balance, but how do the other specs fare? Been dabbling in feral and loving it. Seems very easy to transition into after being a sub rogue main 2/3+ years ago

The specs all differ in playstyle so just pick based on what you want to do, caster melee healer or tank they all do fine

My duo also wants to play tank Druid and be a flag carrier. I looked at leaderboards and the only “viable” tank in BGs seems to be guardian Druid. Would he be trolling on tank in BGs or is it actually viable?
