Gotta have team peel them. Into sub rogue it's ideal to keep some hots on you and spam star surge to keep mana up to allow for it. So if they swap you and you have hots you can maybe live the stun, then you roar them off into clone if possible. Otherwise you wild charge to teammate and travel form away.
