Thoughts on Balance Druid vs Ele shaman for PvP carrying potential, burst, and open world pvp?

Ele shaman excells in all fields, balance has a niche in battlegrounds (blitz) and has shorter cd threat cycling than ele. Incarn trees can be used again after 45 sec so I sort of give open world to druid especially if you're nightelf because shadow meld flight form gives you a lot of agency over your own battles and death
