I'm not very good at figuring out when enemy team cds so i assume they can go in any time, so getting cced might end badly

in what? in 3s not really, starfall hasn't been part of a decent 3s/2s build for a while. in rbgs: that's messy if you're looking at murlok cause people log out with 3s builds and shit. i think most aoe builds still take it.

i think vizir(?) is a streamer who is big on a starfall build but i don't know much about him or follow him, supatease also famously loves starfall builds so you can check either of them if you wanna try it
