you also have barrel. so when you do fight and you get that first heal off would be good to barrel right away when you know he has no cds to build distance for second heal
basically you have to force a reset so you can come into the fight at full hp and heal close to up

Also one thing I found out was using other players distance, if you see someone at full health and that other player is closer to your opponent, see if you can fish for them to come over and get them to fight. You fae out, heal then come back to finish them both up as they fight.

If I'm having a rotten streak I can always hop in to a raid or a dungeon and blow off some steam by beating lines of code with flavour text in to submission for a few hours.
