Solo is hardish as anything besides disc bc discs cds are so tuned up they can fuck off for 2 mins, main thing as resto in ss is to get nice cc chains going early and force your team to swap if they arnt swapping when needed with a clone on the other dps. I’ve found that helps a lot in low rating ss also make sure to use your skull bash on the disc bc dps don’t really lock heals in that bracket either

So I’m new to Balance in SS. Basically I just zoom around and cyclone the healer. If they don’t chase me, which is rare, I melt them. For our defensives I typically use:
Renewal>Bark Skin>Bear + Regen. Is there a more optimal defensive cd order?

Probably better to barkskin first, usually as soon as the other team pops all their offensive cds

and then hold on to regen + renewal for when your healer gets CCd and think of using regen/renewal together as a way to allow your healer to not have to trinket whatever cc they’re in

Also when you use barkskin first it makes your defensive rotation a bit smoother since you can barkskin+regen one cc chain, regen+renewal the next, barkskin+regen the next, and maybe Heart of the Wild+2x regen the next

obviously you can’t really script PvP but I’d say barkskin early is best overall
