I dont like testing functionality of things with training dummies, they're very fucky. This I tested on the cobalt assembly mobs and guards. Basically pull a pack and have it hit you for a bit, then drag them to the guards, put lifebloom on the guards and efflo on them too, it'll proc and heal you 30yd away

Ty 😄 just tested it out and with full suite of hots on 2 targets I can trigger a lifebloom through photosynthesis around every 5 sec + 2 lifebloom blooms every 15 sec, so could be as much as 1 verdency every 3 sec or so (this didnt include very much haste or wildgrowth/tranq)
Obivously good if you DPS stay inside the circle ... but seems like a mostly defensive option otherwise

Quality doesnt matter for pvp ilvl if you use a trophy of conquest. These are optional reagents you can buy with conquest (same cost as the armor slot they would go in), and you get 2 free ones each season from your first pvp strongbox or weekly quest done.
