Kiting isnt about winning a 1v1, it's reducing their damage uptime even if they reconnect on you, and dragging them to a worse position relative to where their healer is.

Supatease's guides have shown some good gameplay moments if you wanna look at examples

I’m not blaming them, I’m a healer myself. I’m just saying it’s different. Higher rated healers just can handle the pressure from 2 dps better. At 1700 sometimes you can bark and still just die in the opener if you’re not actually avoiding quite a lot of the damage with kiting.

Hey what’s up I’m also learning boomie and I have struggled with the exact same shit within even the last month and the dgpvp clowns all beat into my head to just fuck the other team up in a way that forces their healer into the open to react. It has worked. and I know in shuffle that’s easier said than done but especially with melee cleave you can cleave on them too with a dot heavy build that takes mushrooms. This lets you spend less time in bear (a trap they also showed me this and they’re right unfortch) it also means you can kite them in a way that forces their healer out but still do significant damage to both melee with almost no casting.

You’re right that planting and turreting doesn’t always work but you can also plant for a bit if you watch their stuns and interrupts. Usually they overlap them and you’re free to do what you want lol

If you're doing shuffle then games always feel over by the time I'm oom anyways. The way you can control your mana is by just healing less if you know damage intake is low. Usually between 1st and 2nd BIG go you dont need to put up germ on people, tho you never know some specs do inhuman pressure all the time.
