If you mostly try to use it as a way to juice out an expiring set of hots then its a mana save

Like if there's lifebloom + 2 rejuvs all expiring on someone you can get almost full new hots for 2k mana total

If you have 2s left on lifebloom and you press invigorate, you're gonna put up a new fresh lifebloom that just does its full healing in 4s. So you can use 2k mana to get 1 lifebloom + 2 rejuvs worth of healing, and then refresh things again after if you need to (this is key here, if you generate that healing in 4s and then you dont need to put up double rejuvs again, you just saved mana).

If you use it on fresh hots then yeah you'll just be refreshing things way more often

But if you use it on expiring hots then you generate healing that didnt exist before and you're still just refresh hots if necessary at the same rate as before

@nimble crescent face is correct on the usage, mostly just the refresh the expiring hots to get free heals that wouldn’t have existed. Sure you will have to refresh hots, but if they are topped maybe you only need to refresh bloom and one rejuv, rather than both. 5k mana saved right there!

But for 2s master shapeshifter and cat form is the real juice for mana efficiency. Not only are you forcing the other healer to heal more, every rip you send out 10k mana

For shuffle the real key is making sure you’re utilizing your clearcasts and not using the 2nd rejuv unless you really need it
