If people move out of range or line of sight they'll just cast on themselves

The treants' spells dont interact with your spells or your talents as they arent your spells

I'd swap out of a lot of those catweaving talents. For every good Maim you get in a shuffle you'll have thrown 15 rounds trying to catweave when you shouldn't. HOTW is maaaaybe a defensive talent but idk about that as resto. You're only dying cuz you're in melee range of melees. Don't be.
Extra range is goated w the sauce for bashes and cyclones.
You only really want inner peace vs monks.
You really need to show more than 3 buffs on your party frames. There's a few dif addons people use. Lifebloom should be your first global to put up on somebody needing healing. Looks like your default response is just some naked Regrowth on a target with 0 hots when they get swapped sometimes. I think this is part of the issue with the default frames 3 buff tracking.

A lot of this is positional awareness and not being able to track your hots properly

I'd focus on working that part out, managing cds / positioning safely to not get caught with unnecessary CC, before trying to make plays with stun and clone on enemy healer. They are misplayingg in a lot of the same ways so at this point being consistently safe and healing well will win you games guaranteed. Like in this shuffle you position pmuch full time in a spot like this, and when you watch the vod you can see pretty clearly when you get feared that you coulda been in a better spot to not get feared.

There's a few options for the hot tracking situation. I think a weakaura pack exists, there's raid frame addons that pveers use, there's bigdebuffs which should work out to do something. The way I understood it working Ben, and face can correct me, is that when you cast a spell you kinda incur the GCD dead time anyway. It’s just that the cast times usually is greater or equal to your hasted GCD so you don’t notice it. Only in extreme situations like end ramp of RF boomkin or max stacks storm ele would you notice. And GCD cannot be reduced past 0.75s or something like that

HOTW is cast time * 0.7, which is different than having 30% haste (cast time / 1.3) and results in a ~43% dps gain on starfire spam
