I honestly can’t remember many times in recent history where a class became insanely OP and it was because of specific pvp only related buffs where they really over shot the mark. It’s almost always pve related

The closest is when a class gets pvp buffs early on in season before players all get their tier set (also designed with pve in mind) and it kinda gets out of hand combined
