Go watch Supatease's video from yesterday or the day before, it's a small guide, and it will help you. I just started moonkin a few days ago so definitely not the source for expertise 🙂

You need to always be moving around and trying to get away, take thorns against melees, and try to look for windows to get damage out. Try to keep dots up on priority targets and such just don't over do it.

PVP talents

Forest Guardian is locked in and a big component of your healing. Starsurge often.
Call of Ohn'ahra and High Winds both enable Cycloning very nicely.
Early Spring is the only other healing talent you can pick here. Wild Growth is a bit of mana hog but it's more Mastery, lots of ticks to trigger Photosynthesis, procs a Treant and Symbiotic Blooms. I'm a fan.
Disentanglement is another good situational talent, if your team is struggling with uptime against heavy slows, like Frost Mages, DKs, Rogues. It also clears Feral's Mortal Strike for free.

Hero talents

Wildstalker should do more overall healing, especially if you're using Wild Growth often.
Keeper of the Grove makes Ironbark a strong burst heal, on top of a bit shorter Swiftmend CD and 8% DR with Regrowth up. Try both.

Class tree

Mass Entanglement is decent control against pets, like BM and Unholy, it can also help deal with Evokers, disrupting Verdant Embrace and their chasing you down to Sleep Walk.
Incapacitating Roar is also perfectly good, it depends on the CC types your team has access to.
Heart of the Wild now is a 2 min cooldown that casts Feral Frenzy in Cat form, Starfall in Moonkin form, or gives you 20% more HP in Bear form. It's far less flexible, but the Feral Frenzy damage is significant + instant 5 CPs for Maim.

Spec tree

Master Shapeshifter right now just doesn't restore a whole lot of mana, imo. You can still pick it, but I'm going with Liveliness to juice up HOTW damage.
There's a good chance Intensity and Abundance see some play, replacing MS/Liveliness and Photosynthesis. With 6 Rejuvs out and Imp Regrowth, you get 93% chance to crit with Regrowth and those crits do 20% more healing. This bonus is reliant on having full Rejuvs out on the party and being able to spam Regrowth.
