I played 90 rounds of solo shuffle today, and I lost 60 of them. Which means my MMR right now is around 1200. I am so frustrated and desperate so I am asking this channel for help:
What can I do? How can I improve? What piece(s) of knowledge am I missing and how can I find them? I always thought I was a pretty smart dude, but I just can't figure out whay I'm doing wrong so at this point I am seriously questioning my intelligence

yea watching stuff would help a lot, other then that you are in the pretty gutter mmr, which means you have to somewhat play different compared to higher rated players, as a healer you kinda have it engrained to not walk out of position/to save cds/expect your teammates to use cds etc etc but at the rating you are at, basically ignore all of that (to some degree ofc) you will at times have to make "dumb" decisions and walk out of position and use cds you dont wanna use
