The chances of getting a better mythic ring than triumvirate that has high haste seems really low, or am I missing something? The triumvirate ring is in my vault. I know haste/mastery is the best way to go - seems unlikely I'll find a better one unless I get super lucky in vault. Icy veins says that Bifurcation band is bis if you can only get m+ gear, and I won't be using rolls in MT.

The loot pools are tied to key level so if you bonus roll a 10 skyreach and then bonus roll a 12 skyreach, you can get duplicates.
