Sunfire is generally lower DPET than other buttons but yeah would use just as an instant for movement.

I have on heroic track : Locus walker , Vaelgor final Stare , Heart of the Wind , Voltatile Void Suffuser and the Emberwing Feather.
My QE Sim told me to play with the Locus walker and the Heart of the Wind atm.
In the Logs many people use the Gaze.
My sim told me it would be an 0,37% upgrade on Mythic Track.
We are progressing Vanguard atm so i could use my Bonus roll at the first 5 Bosses ( Chimearus and the first four of Voidspire )

Hi, i have a question, i picked up druid after a long time and i can't figure out a thing.
I'm using fluid form so there is no problem entering catform or moonkin with spells, its funny and dynamic.. the problem is that ,quite often, after i entered a form and the global cooldown is over, pressing any form button doesnt work or its largely delayed.
It works in catform or bearform only if i instantly press it after using rake or thrash.
For example if i just want to enter form to dispel a root and i press again the form button when available, it doesnt work for like 2/3 seconds somehow.
What it could be? Do you think its worth playing without the stance bar switch and just bind everything to swap forms right away?

question abuot pandemic refresh (for lifebloom, but I guess it applies to everything)

• Pandemic means refreshin a HoT when it has less than 30% of duration left (4.5s in case of lifebloom)
• New lifebloom would have a new duration of 20s~
• For the next refresh... is 30% of the original duration (so still under 4.5s) or the new duration (under 6.5s~)
  (maths may be a bit off but you get the question)

It’s basically throttled. If you press “/cast cat form” it will not unshift you until a global has passed. But any cancel form will instantly unform you
