That's what the issue was with previous version of Eclipse

Starfire -> Starfire -> queued free spender

the Solstice that's applied by entering Eclipse/CA overwrites the 3 seconds applied by the queued spender

but that issue doesn't exist with current Eclipse cause you can't spell queue it
