I haven't scrolled up and seen other responses you might have got, but generally a good train of thought is to have your similiar spells on close buttons.
Like Sunfire+Moonfire are both DoTs so they should be grouped
Wrath+Starfire are your builders depending on target count so they should be grouped
Starsurge+Starfall are your spenders depending on target count so they should be grouped
And then it's just finding leftover real estate for your short cooldowns: New Moon/Fury of Elune can be on the same button

Tried moonkin for first time at level 50 in classic, restedxp guide was saying the level 51 huge gorilla elite in jaguero island off coast of bootybay, should not be attempted without a group of at least 3. Couldn’t even use my green whelp armor due to his level. He destroyed me in feral spec, he had 11K health. Paid the 50 gold to respec my healing dual spec to boomie. the haste thing is because u dont need to cast more spells in that window
u hit the damage cap regardless, so getting the most out of the buffed surges is more important than possibly casting more wraths
