Then you'd want to sim your myth neck + crafted belt + crafted staff, see result, compare against mh + hero off + crafted belt, compare against mh + crafted offhand + hero/disc belt (replace belt in all scenarios with what you planned to craft this week)
And see what comes out on top.
For simplicity, if the weapon is the 'bis' from mplus id probably just take it, especially if the neck sucks. Can always craft later. If it's not the clear and away bis mainhand, could consider going neck also, and using a dinar on the bis mainhand later
