2 questions about m+

1. if the affix pop up during a big pull, should i hard ST it with starsurge? or ignore it and keep aoe-ing and abuse 4set random starsurge casts to nuke down the affix?

2. during a big pullwhat is a good dotting tip?
   what i do is spam "tab" and moonfire to rotate targets while i put moonfire on every one, and when they are grouped up nice and tide, i use 1 sunfire and start aoe.
   due to somewhat RNG in targeting of just "tab"-ing , some times i just reaply moonfire to targets already having it and therefore losing few GCDs here and there.
   any better and more efficient way to do it?
