but at the same time, in wowhead the author also mentions, that starfall got nerfed and starfire is my main saurce of aoe dmg.

Question for you more experience boomies, how important is maximizing starlord and balance of all things (e.g. having a full bar of AP ready to drop when going into eclipse, refreshing starlord right away with 3 stacks)?
