It isn't terrible to pick up. You do need a WA to help track your snapshotting of bleeds. Watch some online guides. The way feral plays now it isn't super hard besides managing snapshots.

You can do content with your friends and it not be. A rofl stomp by you. It lowers higher level friends to low level friends who maybe just came back or are leveling an alt. This way you don't have those awkward moments like

"Oh I'm level 105 dnd you are level 85...bye foo"

If ur interested in boomkin I think the youtube video in the pin messages will be a good starting point cause it describes what you need and why, but you could be a feral and then I'd be wrong to suggest boomkin stuff.

It's my main and my goal all along was to unlock kul tirans and make one my druid main. Technically that's how all forms work. If I go cat and want to go back to moonkin I have to actively hit the moonkin form. Otherwise simply canceling cat makes me go to humanoid form.

If you’re talking about during the duration of incarn. You can shift freely while it’s active. If you go into cat form after popping incarn and want to go back into incarn, simply hit your incarn ability again

You could use bartender or something to replace the "stances" / "forms" bar and maybe macro it to cast treant form instead of canceling form. Idk how well it works right now, I've read that having the wild tome treant form can mess up shape-shifting macros, I guess because it changes the order of the forms every login (instead of them having static values)

Warlock has more to offer overall with self healing and gate, that being said if you already have atleast one of each their utility has diminished usage. Warlock/mage both have good survivability, mage with block/cauterize and lock with just absurd self healing/absorbs would choose whichever you prefer or do more damage with at that point

Hey all, I had abandoned all of my class hall campaign quests as I didn't realize they were necessary for the lunarwing form, and now am trying to complete them all. I was able to accept and complete all of the dungeon quests for ferocity, balance, and resto, but am having trouble spawning the Son of Ursoc for the Tenacity essence quest. Anyone have any idea how I can get him to spawn now? Currently standing in front of Guardian Stone in bear form, and using Trash and Swipe still won't spawn him in.

Thanks. I've never struggled before as in all past expacs I played feral/guardian. But with Legion I played the whole expac as bear because I did not like feral, and so in BFA I switched to paladin. And now I'm struggling to decide between druid, rogue, and paladin.

I played feral druid from vanilla, added a resto shaman in later BC, mained resto for Ulduar and maybe trial of the champion, switched back to feral main until Mists where I played prot pally, and stopped playing entirely until BFA came out where I've been playing feral again

hm but for the macro to work, you need to add some sort of half a second timer in between the charge or it tries to wild charge in the form you're currently in. so I'm not sure how to go about that, I'm not that good at macro making

@merry flume doing visions is fine as resto the mobs have 40% less hp if you go in as a healer. Some stuff ofc could make your runs easier like dps corruptions and trinkets like obsidian claw or the mechagon trinket for killing bosses faster. Ppl are doing 5 mask runs as resto.

As a boomy I want to say boomie. But you and the hunter will be competing for boss damage on fights and the hunter will do ok in aoe as well on trash.

I want to say feral is going to be the optimal decision tho so you can focus on trash pack damage and your hunter buddy can setup boss damage build.

Hi all. I'm interested in both healing and DPS on my druid. I am wondering how difficult/inconvenient it is to maintain a DPS offspec. For example, If I go Resto main and Balance of, would I need two completely separate sets of Azerite gear, trinkets, corrupted pieces, essences, etc? Would it be even more difficult if I had Feral as the offspec, due to being agility-based vice intellect, or would it be similar? In case it matters, I plan to primarily do PvE content, specifically M+ (probably no higher than +15) and Normal/maybe Heroic Ny'alotha. Thanks!

Pure single target (less than 59 corruption single target set, boomkin)

Cleave (Gearset built around having more than one target less than 39 corruption)

Cleave+ (same as cleave but less than 59 corruption)

Tank gear for pvp flag carrying

Healing low level content

You may end up with a similar setup where you have targetted content for your given set of gear.

When I killed a monster in out world and then I use my Travel Form which is gonna shapshift me into a deer because I am still in combat the very few seconds after killing that mob, then when I finally get rid of this combat situation I can use moofire on a mob and instead of actually using the spell on the mob, it re shape me into flying travel form

Nelf can shadow meld which is pretty great at dropping aggro for skip or if you need to avoid a mechanic like a channel cast.

Then horde have their little perks which are more offensive and would be better for pvp.

Well honestly all are good choices, not really a clear this is the best from what I know of them.

If you want some cc then the tauren stomp which is an aoe stun would be good. But maybe your healer is cc'd or stupid so a self heal would be nice.

In my exp if blizzard does see something as a problem they fix it. Might take longer than we'd like, but some examples:

The legion class mount/form couldn't sit till they fixed it a month after it was introduced.

The legion mage tower bear couldn't dance till patch 8.3, but it now dances marvelously.

And they currently do seem focused on doing right by the player base.

Just need to be mindful that sometimes what we'd like to see and what the devs want to do sometimes don't line up.

If we remain polite they'll be more open to feedback. Otherwise feedback could be interpreted as not doable.

No alpha so haven't tested it, but I think it's looking solid. Tons of utility as a spec and I like the sound of the eclipse mechanic. Think it needs a couple things, like a short cooldown to better control eclipse to adapt to the situation but overall I think it's pretty good looking

I guess something where you could force a given eclipse that's on a cd would be nice. For scenarios where you really need to have control at the given moment on which eclipse you are in.

Not sure how I feel about the spell power portion of our cd being removed.

i'm a casual, i've finally convinced myself that i should level a druid first (altaholic here) so i can have the ability to do stuff like +10 level, casual pvp, maybe heroic raiding with friends. so i know most of anything being done isn't going to majorly impact me good or bad, but at the same time, it'd be nice to have the gates open with at least some semblence of "usability" for all 36 specs out there.

hey everyone! i’m just getting back to the game after more than a year of not playing. i preordered shadowlands and boosted a druid with feral. i heard that feral is a lot more gear dependent than balance so i was wanting to switch over to balance and try something new, so how should i get started gearing that? i’m only at like 396 ilvl since i just started again, and my old main is far behind new content too!

I’m not super good with balance. I would suggest: Try to equip yourself with LFR Azeritgear or with guild on a normal run. Shouldn’t take too long. Otherwise you can mythic 0. Balance relies heavily on your Azerittraits and essences. Like everything atm. After having your Azerit and essences, it’s just only getting iLvl to 460, after it’s more on concentrating iLvl and stats like critr and speed

Stars are poop for M+, no one target should be alive for more than 5 minutes so it won't build up enough stacks to be worth it.

Vers corruption is good as tank. As you push higher being alive is a good tank trait.

Dudes I need help with a question, if I purchase a boe on an alt, and farm echoes on a character that has a head start, will I be able to purchase a corruption and put it on the boe, and give it to my other character? Or will it bind it to the character that spent the echoes

@jolly ivy I think it will bind to the character that applies the corruption. I could be wrong but I think we would be seeing a ton of corruptions on BoE items on the AH if what you were asking is possible.

Oh, lastly so I don't text spam, monks have combo strikes which sets them apart from everyone it seems. It's like 5%? stacking damage if an ability isn't a repeat of the last ability

I think ilvl > stat prio for healing. But boomy would probably give you gray that can transfer over to resto. Boomy is also pvp viable. Feral needs a fair bit of gear/essences/Azerite to do good damage in pvp imo

Click on each quest and untrack them, it will refresh and show again if whatever activity you are currently doing is tied to the quest in your log.

I was thinking about change the look of the cat form so i went to the auctionhouse to check some glyphs but i dont find them good so i checked the transmogs using the legion weapon but i only have two different forms (one like purple and the other one is like green and pink) and i think ive seen more forms using that weapon or others so i was wondering... Can i have more transmog with weapons or there are only those two?

That's the legion artifact appearances. You can still unlock it if you go back and do the content. However, the mage tower appearance is no longer obtainable
