The main takeaway from this is that the missions types have evened out more.
I feel like Thisalee is a better bodyguard, but don't quote me on that.
The problem is they're also both really good mission champs.
So clearly the correct choice is to not use any combat allies.

@sweet helm its worth reading the comments as well as the main 7.2 guide for Order Hall Champions in 7.2. I ignore the OP on some chars and have a <4 hours and >8 hours champ (I adore Millhouse as he's almost guaranteed 200% on my mage, for example) . You can really burn through <4 missions with the app + bodyguard who gives 150+ resources per WQ, esp. now they've fixed the XP gain to 1000 per quest (v 3000 per 4 hour-1 day mission) https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/65z91u/order_hall_champion_guide_for_72/
