Travel form (stag) is 100% just like a mount, 120% with the achievement (as of 7.2). Flight Form is 280%/310% based on what level of training you have. Unless they've changed it, it usually does not get any bonus from mount speed increases since it's not a mount.

You should just be able to mine without that. It's what I love about flight form for example, can skin, get quest items, etc. As long as you have a pickaxe (do you still need that?) you should be able to mine.
That item is for if you're using a mount itself.
Just like the daze item LWers can make, that only applys to mounts, not travel form (sadly)

I feel like I mist be doing something wrong, but I don't know what it could be. I'm playing balance. Hit 110 last tuesday and busted my ass to get to ilvl 890 this morning, but I feel like my damage just isn't there. I have a pretty good grasp on my rotation but my single target damage is nowhere near what other classes have. I also have no real burst AoE other than full moon. My sustained aoe is pretty good, but it doesn't feel like enough to make up for doing 300k dps less than a similarly geared BM hunter or Ret paladin in a mythic+ on a boss. Am I doing something wrong or is this just how the spec is balanced?

I use Meatball/Moroes/Hammul/Remulos/Mylune for the most part
I deactivate mylune for whatever I need if I get too many of an affix I can't beat with the normal crew
and reactivate the one needed
but meatball/moroes/hammul/remulos can clear most no problem especially when I gave them the 20% Keeper of the Grove equipment and other stuff to help

If you've done brawls, there should be a mission called "There is no Brawler's Guild" on yourโ mission board in your class hall, try and 200% it and the item from it will start a quest chain for him
