I'm not good at it personally.
Druid was fun. I probably put 200 hours into it between shadowlands and dragonflight. Resto is amazing. Guardian is good for open world content. I cannot do well in any form of PVP or DPS for druid. That killed it for me. I don't know why but balance is just straight terrible for most content and feral is too complicated.
I hope other people have better success with DPS.
I really tried. I watched cdew, snupy, lontar, and supatease vidoes. None of em really made druid worth playing. I have spent 10s of hours in feral and balance seperately.
I just hope other people have more success than I did because Druid has a lot going for it.

its possible youre pulling too much, or dont have much gear, can't really say without knowing more. That being said, keep in mind that leveling as tank is much much nicer and you can do feral stuff once you hit 70!
obviously you can level as any spec and be fine, but it's certainly a lot easier as a tank

It seems like taint issues from weakaura are the problem but it points me nowhere and I have no weird weakauras appart from raid ones and the weakaura community isn't dealing with taint issue. On the weak auras, for my bleeds there's a number that shows. Sometimes is 87, sometimes it's 100+ when I refresh bleeds the number usually resets to 100. What's this indicating?

Yeah, less than 100 is a worse bleed, more than 100 is a better bleed
Than what is currently on the target, which is why it goes to 100 when you apply one, since it should be identical (not counting things like BT)

I am healer, I was doing 23 and never used defensive or went bear on any gale arrow because it didn't one shot. I did another 23 and suddenly got 1 shot from arrow. I thought it was a bug, but they have a mechanic where they have increased stacking damage buff when they are away from each other I just read. @sturdy agate

Go to where Chromie is and you can select which expansion you'd like to dungeon in. It's near the embassy in Orgimmar on Horde for example... not sure for alliance. Hope this helps

Right click your unit frame (like your health bar) and change loot spec to guardian. You will then be able to roll main guardian, and offspec/greed resto. Can possibly upset someone I'm sure with a roll on like a trinket but lots of people do it

You will still be able to upgrade, if it was upgradeable before you catalyze it. Should keep any additional things like gem slots/tertiaries, too.

If you speedrun it through questing then it's likely first zones of classic/cataclysm and draenor. Draenor is nuts quest wise and it's not a good idea to skip it.
You're probably gonna mix in some other expansions as well, there were some videos of people getting from 10 to 60 in about 4 hours total

I do not think that basically "forcing" gear is objectivly good, and even your bad luck protection idea would mean people feel bad for literally the same reasons you feel bad right now
like assume you have 2 max ilvl trinkets, but you wanna get another one
with your system your chance to get that next trinket would be lower
so people may try to intentionally not get those trinkets to not change the droprate - same with other slots
you may want mythic ilvl set - so you avoid getting lower set to have higher chance etc

No you are just being difficult for the sake of it. Because you are just assuming the few lines i put together is the complete system, as if there cant be anything added to it to make a system thats better than how RNG it is now. Getting vault this early should be a reward every time, especially with at least 3 options. I have equipped two items from vault in total. A system that allows that to happen is not a good system.

And i dont do pvp and the game knows that, so it shouldn't give me consideration for pvp when it comes to items. they could also make the system opt in for those who feel the way you do. I dont see the downside to wanting a system that doesnt leave a player with two usable items from vault so early into the season.
