After the rank reset update and having waited a few days for the manual reset (which was supposed to happen), my rank level still hasn't reset properly.
My points dropped from around 50k to 30k, meaning I'm still ranked as Icon 3. This is preventing me from being able to claim the new ranked rewards.
I have already emailed support about this but no answerme. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? when this will be fixed?
